While we truly enjoy our jobs, we still have to make a living. We try to make our fee structure and billing process as painless as possible for our clients. We understand that every organization has different contractual guidelines and we’re willing to work with our clients to accommodate these requirements. Whether it’s a flat fee or a retained search, we’re happy to find a solution to meet each client’s specific needs.
Always Free For Candidates
All of the services that we offer are – and always will be – free to our Candidates. Period.
Our fees are generally contingency-based, meaning we only get paid once our search has resulted in a successful placement. No up-front costs. No long, drawn out retainer agreements with endless interviews from a mediocre candidate pool. We bring you a great Candidate and you don’t pay us a dime until your new team member picks up her security badge.
For permanent placements, our fee is based on a percentage of the successful Candidate’s starting salary. For more details, contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Contract & Interim Placements
Contract and Interim opportunities are unique to each organization and terms differ from permanent placements. For more details, contact us to discuss your specific needs.
We stand behind our placements. If, for whatever reason, our Candidate doesn’t last at least 90 days with your team, we’ll find you a replacement and make sure we get you the right fit.
